Become our next Mr Leather Cymru-Wales!

Are you passionate about representing and shaping our community and building connections?

We’re looking for our next Mr Leather Cymru-Wales to act as the face of Leathermen Cymru at Pride events, LGBT+ gatherings, and socials.

You’ll attend LGBT+ events, network with other organisations, and promote our club’s mission. This is an elected volunteer position requiring attendance at our monthly committee meetings, pride events, monthly socials and a commitment to raising our profile.

Person Specification

Essential:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Confidence in public speaking and representing community values.
Ability to travel to events as required.
Confident and approachable in diverse social settings.
Ability to represent the Club professionally and inclusively.
Organisational skills for planning travel and event participation.
Commitment to LGBT+ and leather/fetish community values.
Reliable and able to attend at least 75% of monthly committee meetings.

Desirable:

Previous experience in advocacy or ambassadorial roles.
Knowledge of the community and leather/fetish culture.
Existing connections within the LGBT+ community.
